By commissioning me, you agree to the terms of services listed below.) I, as the artist, reserve the right to share/post commissioned artwork and commission progress to my portfolio, website, and social media for any reason. Like wise I reserve the right to remove/delete commissions and related material from my sites for any reason.) I reserve the right to decline and/ or cancel any commission by my own discretion.) My art may not be used for AI training, crypto, or NFTs.) My art may not be used for and/ or in hateful or harmful content such as (but not limited to) any form of harassment, defamation, etc.) The final product might differ from the examples listed in the commission price list due to improvements in my art and example works being older.Failure to follow any of the terms of service listed above and below may depending on the violation lead to being blacklisted from any future commissions.

Client Agreement

) Client must be polite and communicate in a timely manner.) Client is asked to have references and ideas ready as this will make the commissioning process easier and me as the artist to better be able to draw your commission to your vision.) Client is welcomed to have a stick figure/ rough thumb nail sketch ready to better show me what they are wanting, this isn't a necessary thing for the client to do, but it is highly encouraged.) Client may use commission for personal use only unless discussed otherwise.) Client may not use the commission for digital or physical commercial projects unless discussed otherwise. (Advertisement, paid promotion, merchandise, etc.)) Client may not make change, modify, edit or trace over my Artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base" by themselves or others.

Payment, fees, & refunds

) Payments will be sent through PayPal in USD) Full payment is due upfront for commissions.) Client must respond within a 48 hour timeframe or until an agreed upon time from to avoid commission cancellation.) No refunds once the first sketch has been sent to the client.) If there happens to be a case where I am unable to complete a commission, a refund will be issued based on the amount of work done and the client will receive the commission in it's given state.) Client must be the owner of the account that the payment is sent from.) An additional upcharge may be applied to complex designs, complicated requests, custom designs, complicated requests, companions, and large accessories.) Rush fee: An additional fee will be incurred based on the timeline given for a deadline as a separate charge.) Revision fee: Any major revisions will incur an additional fee based on the complexity as a separate charge after the sketching stage. If the revision happens to be due to an error on my end, it will then be revised free of charge.) Privacy fee: Private commissions are available for a additional fee separate from the original commission, you must let me know if you would like to request a private commission as all commissions are assumed public by default.) Commercial use fee: Commercial rights can be purchased through a additional separate fee from the original commission if requested.

Timeline/process

) Turnaround for commissions can be anywhere between a few days to four months depending on work schedule and complexity of the commission. If there is any delays that occur I will notify the client.) After payment, a sketch will be started and client will receive the sketch for approval.) After client approves the sketch, the next stage and check in will be base color sage.) After client approves the base color, I will move onto rendering the artwork.) Once commission is rendered, one last check in for any color corrections or any filter corrections is possible.) Once rendered commission is approved I will email the client with the final product(s) and the commission will be then considered complete.) Commissions that have been completed will not get revised for free and any requests for such, but not limited to requests to redraw or change the commissions significantly will be then treated as a new commission with my most up to date commission rates.) Client is welcomed to request updates on commissions at any time/stage (sketch, base color, rendering).) Client will receive images of the work in progress at each stage to get approval and for any revisions or fixes to be made.) Client will receive a watermarked artwork for their own posting and a unwatermarked version for their own personal use.) I will give the client a 48 hour timeframe frame to reply to a update, if client fails to respond in given timeframe I will assume I am okay to continue to the next stage.

By you commissioning me, you, the client and commissioner, have confirmed to have read, understood, and agreed to The Terms of Service and guidelines as stated above.

Commission prices
